Masaref Integration Solution

Our integration solution consists of an interface built in Temenos-T24 core banking to communicate with other third party systems: Internet Banking, IVR, Card Management and other systems. This solution uses the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
Communication between T24 and third party system can be done directly or through Middleware using IBM MQ Series.
The interface can be configured through parameters file to fit the bank IT architecture: Multi-server architecture, message format and other characteristics.

Provider Services

  • T24 gets a message from Middleware/other system, process it and reply back
  • Any T24 version or enquiry can be configured as a service
  • Message format is standard T24 OFS with possibility to parse any XML format
  • Response message can be configured to contain the other system required information
  • Communication protocol to manage the communication failure
  • Log file is maintained to keep all communication history

Consumer Services

  • T24 sends a message to Middleware/other system and waits for response
  • Message format is configurable to fit the Middleware/Other system message format
  • Parsing of the response message and updating T24 consequently by calling the appropriate
    T24 pre-configured version.
  • Communication protocol to manage the communication failure
  • Log file is maintained to keep all communication history
