Masaref Successfully Delivers Temenos T24 Transact Upgrade for Alubaf Bank – Bahrain
Masaref is pleased to announce the successful go-live of the Temenos T24 Transact upgrade for Alubaf Bank – Bahrain. This major milestone marks the completion of a complex, two-phase upgrade journey that transitioned the bank smoothly from R21 TAFC to R21 TAFJ, followed by a full upgrade to the latest R24 TAFJ release.
The project was executed using a structured, low-risk approach that ensured system stability, improved performance, and full alignment with modern Temenos technology standards. Masaref utilized Temenos DB Import and other advanced tools to deliver a seamless conversion, while also upgrading multiple mission-critical interfaces including SWIFT, Reuters, Temenos Analytics, and Financial Crime Mitigation (FCM). This guarantees continuity, compliance, and enhanced operational efficiency for the bank.
Delivered in approximately ten months, the go-live reflects the strong collaboration between Alubaf Bank’s project team and Masaref’s implementation experts. The successful transition to the new environment went live on November 9th, 2025, reinforcing the bank’s strategic modernization goals.
